The bed frame collapsed. The mattress fell to the side. this, to rest before a long trip. i did not have time to complain because i had to leave very early.

the staff seemed helpful. the location IS good with easy access to public transport. the breakfast was okay, there was variety. the rooms were clean.

the room was quite small, it barely fit the bed. the tv was complicated TO use, and some channels were unavailable. there weren't many amenities like a kettle in the room. the lighting design made THE room quite dim.
